真的会有这种无力感哈，没用没用全都没用，你们的劝也好关爱也好骂也好不理解与恨也好，全部没用。我真的觉得自己需要治疗了，没救了，哈哈，虽然觉得自己心里有病这种想法从高中甚至初中就没断过，但要真说有这么明显的自觉还是第一次，我确实有问题了，我就是扭转不了了，我不是因为以前那样感情上受挫感觉自己不被在意或关心所以难过，现在别人的话对我没有半点作用了，我整个人陷入泥沼一样了，自己拉不出来也不觉得还有谁能拉出来了，而且也不只是心理问题还伴随着严重的生理问题，而且还持续了超过两星期，而且找不到任何解决方法

忍啊，真他妈能忍啊，我都不知道自己怎么忍受过来的。高二时一次次幻想着跳楼和不同的死法也好，高三疫情时不知道怎么抒发烦闷扇自己巴掌掐自己大腿也好，用匿名版日记后一条又一条的辱骂也好，这么多年无数次难以忍受的独自哭泣也好，真他妈能忍！终于到这个巧合的节点一切压抑的达到一个阈值才反应过来自己就是心理有问题，就是该关注一下自己的心理健康了！
