You meant post restriction? 4chan doesn't block our IP but it has captcha that related to Google or something, so you know what happens.
There's two way to handle that captcha: use proxy, or buy premium account. I heard that user who have bought premium can not only post without captcha, but also get away from ban.

Literature is an art of language, appreciating it can broaden your horizon, like having nutritious feast, you can even learn writing from it.
On the other hand, internet culture just like junk food, you can get stuffed by it for sure and it tastes fine but most of it just wasting your time.
